oaksmus Sudio Concerts 2000-2004

Between August 2000 and April 2004 fourteen oaksmus studio concerts took place in the former oaksmus studio in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. The series met the trade press’ thorough attention – MusikTexte, Neue Zeitschrift für Musik and Positionen reported among others. The broad stylistical range of the meticulously chosen musical programme made these concerts an outstanding series even in the avantgarde metropole of Berlin . The home-cooked gourmet diner which always followed the musical performance added a culinary event.

Two live concert recordings hace been released so far on oaksmus CDs: top floor encounter and violão de dois.
Almost all other concerts have been recorded professionally and one can only wish that this extremely interesting archive of recordings can be released completely very soon.
